Thanks to Kristin at For the Love of Art for this great idea. The colourful trees are small squares of tissue glued onto card. I made the mistake of getting my students to use chalk pastels for the background and then, of course, found that the trees wouldn't stick. I solved the problem by quickly stapling them on.
Hey there far away art friend!! :) I hope all is well with you. LOVE LOVE LOVE THE POSTS YOU PUT UP!!! Ok...not sure if you are wanting any of my advice or not(but I'll give it anyways). I know sometimes it is hard to post regularly...you do it when you actually have the time. You can "schedule" posts. So even if you are setting them up at the same time...you can spread out the posting. This will get you more blog traffic/readers. Plus...it will help people not miss anything. Just my thoughts.
